facebook/react. Each repo is treated as a squad.
Jira keys (e.g. GT-123) extracted from commit messages in the visible period, grouped into projects by key prefix. Reads the full commit list, so it runs on demand and is cached per period.
Commits per week, with a 4-week moving average to smooth out release spikes. Each point is labelled by the date its week ends (Saturday), so the axis matches the range above; the final point is the week in progress and fills up as the week goes on.
Each squad is a repository. “4-wk trend” smooths release spikes into an aggregated weekly trend. Click a squad to filter every tab to it and jump to its contributors.

Code written but not merged is a bottleneck in waiting. Sorted oldest-first; stale means open for more than 7 days. An old PR with no reviewer requested is the strongest blockage signal.
Loading open pull requests…
Assumes everyone is full-time and checks whether their visible output matches: push-day rhythm, line volume, and open pull requests. Reads actual commit timestamps, so it runs on demand.

Members whose commit cadence has fallen: within this period, versus the previous period of the same length, or gone quiet entirely. Click a column header to sort.
